Design Manager

Job Summary:

A reputable engineering consultancy based in Dubai is looking for a qualified Architectural Engineer (Female) to join our team as a Design Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong creative design skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience managing architectural design projects in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design department and coordinate design activities.

• Develop innovative design concepts and proposals, present them to clients, and secure approvals.

• Supervise and execute architectural façade designs of various types and styles.

• Ensure design quality, compliance with codes, and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders throughout all design phases.

Requirements:

• Female, Arab nationality.

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Dubai in architectural design.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

• Dubai Municipality–approved for at least G+4 projects.

• Proficient in:

AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, BIM 360, Microsoft Office.
