Design Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Arabic Speaker Design Manager to serve as the face of our company, leading our design team and ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design team, delegating tasks and ensuring quality deliverables
• Oversee complete design process from 3D visualization to on-site implementation
• Coordinate closely with site engineers and supervisors to translate designs into reality
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business development
• Manage client relationships and handle challenging client requirements professionally
• Oversee project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and client expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior design and fit-out industry
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong project management and planning capabilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Exceptional client management and communication skills
• Honest, hardworking, and accountable professional
• Proficiency in 3D design software and technical documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
