Design Manager

We are hiring a highly experienced Design Managerbased in Abu Dhabi with expertise in fire safety systems, including fire dose foam, pumps, and firefighting solutions, to lead the design and development of critical safety infrastructure in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of fire safety systems, including fire dose foam, firefighting pumps, and related infrastructure for oil and gas facilities.
• Oversee design projects from concept to implementation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate fire safety systems into overall facility designs.
• Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and specifications for firefighting systems.
• Ensure that all design solutions are cost-effective, reliable, and meet operational requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the design team, ensuring high-quality work and timely project delivery.
• Proven experience in fire safety system design within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire dose foam and firefighting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering (minimum 4 years program)
• 20 years of experience
• 12 years' experience in a similar role
