Design Manager

The Role
We are seeking a Design Manager to join our clients Dubai-based team on a long-term basis, supporting the delivery of high-profile mixed-use developments across the region. This role is ideal for an Architect with strong design coordination experience who is looking to transition into Design Management and take greater ownership of multidisciplinary design processes. Key Responsibilities • Manage and coordinate the design process across mixed-use developments (residential, commercial, hospitality, retail) • Act as the central point of contact between architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders • Review and manage design deliverables to ensure compliance with project brief, quality standards, and local regulations • Monitor design programmes, manage interfaces, and resolve design-related issues • Support value engineering, authority submissions, and design development through all project stages • Ensure design intent is maintained from concept through construction

Requirements
Requirements • 5–8 years’ experience in architectural design and/or design management • Degree in Architecture (or equivalent) • Proven experience working on mixed-use projects • Strong understanding of the full design lifecycle in the Middle East • Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
