Design Manager-Architect Firm

Key Responsibilities:

· Work closely with a team of international and local designers to develop design concepts, sketches, and presentations for various projects.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

· Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary.

· Coordinate construction drawings and documents with all consultants and stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality standards and client specifications.

· Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors and engineers, to ensure that design intent is executed accurately in the final product.

· Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, integrating them into projects to enhance innovation and effectiveness.

· Represent the firm in client meetings, industry events, and professional organizations, promoting the company's expertise and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior design, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion.

· Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.

· Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities, including team coordination, client liaison, and stakeholder engagement.

· A passion for design excellence, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
