Design Manager - Geotechnical Engineering

Seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our geotechnical design team in Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering safe, innovative, and cost-effective ground engineering solutions across diverse projects (ground improvement, piling, shoring).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design team to ensure high-quality geotechnical solutions.
• Oversee risk management and technical compliance during design and execution phases.
• Collaborate with Tendering and Project teams to develop and validate technical proposals.
• Represent Keller in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Drive internal training, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• 8-10 years of geotechnical experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or project execution role.
• Experience in piling, shoring and enabling work designs.
• Strong communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
