Design Manager (UX)

Role - Design Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to lead our UX/UI design team. You will be responsible for managing designers, guiding creative direction, overseeing project execution, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate must have a strong design background, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of UX/UI design best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UX/UI designers across multiple projects.

· Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with user needs and business goals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and clients to shape project direction.

· Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate design outcomes.

· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Ensure timely delivery of design assets and adherence to project timelines.

Qualifications:

· 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design

· A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.

· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD etc..

· Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Experience working in an start-up or fast-paced environment is a plus.

· A passion for mentoring and growing design talent.
