Roles/Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the effective delivery of assigned manufacturing and joinery projects

Coordinate internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth project execution

Review project details and guide setting out processes including material submissions, procurement, shop drawings, prototyping, manufacturing, and delivery

Oversee project programs and schedules while managing client expectations
-
Lead and manage shop drawing preparation, review, and approval processes
-
Coordinate closely with production departments on materials, variations, and technical clearances
-
Review project specifications and resolve discrepancies between specifications and estimates
-
Plan and manage material procurement to ensure readiness before production commencement

Identify and manage RFIs with clients
-
Oversee sourcing and optimization of hardware accessories
-
Manage issuance of cutting lists, loading lines, and manufacturing documentation
-
Coordinate with site teams to obtain site surveys or implement agreed alternative setting out strategies

Interpret contractual obligations and project requirements
-
Prepare project status reports and forward-planning schedules for manufacturing
Qualifications
-
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or joinery environment
-
Strong background in full-cycle joinery setting out, from site surveys to manufacturing and installation documentation
-
In-depth knowledge of joinery materials including timber, boards, veneers, laminates, and hardware
-
Strong technical problem-solving skills across materials such as glass, stone, metals, acrylics, and fabrics
-
Proficiency in Autodesk products and Microsoft Office

Familiarity with FSC, LEED requirements, and fire-rated standards
-
Proven experience managing teams of 15–20 members
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multinational environment
