About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing impactful visuals, managing social media presence, and creating innovative marketing content to strengthen our brand across digital, print, and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, ads, and campaign creatives aligned with brand strategy.
• Design visuals and edit videos for digital, print, and web platforms.
• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence, including posting, engagement, and performance tracking.
• Use AI-powered creative tools to generate, enhance, and refine content.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
• Deliver on-brand, trend-driven designs within deadlines.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media best practices, and creative innovations.

Requirements

• Onsite role (no remote option).
• 1–2 years of experience in design/marketing/social media management
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proficiency in Editing & AI Generation (Canva, Runway ML, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI-based creative and design platforms.
• Strong sense of branding, marketing, and social media design.
• Creative, communicative, and organized with strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
