The Opportunity We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Personal & Design Assistant to support our lead designer and day-to-day studio operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within a creative firm. Relocation to Sheridan, Wyoming is required — and for the right person, this is an exciting lifestyle opportunity as much as a career one.

What You'll Do

• Assist the lead designer with client projects from concept through installation
• Support showroom operations including merchandising, inventory, and client-facing sales
• Manage schedules, correspondence, travel arrangements, and personal assistant duties for firm leadership
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers on orders, timelines, and deliveries
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and proposals using tools like SketchUp, Canva, or Adobe Suite
• Greet and assist showroom visitors, providing a warm and knowledgeable experience
• Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, purchase orders, and project tracking
• Research materials, furnishings, and trends to support active projects
• Help with social media content

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in interior design, retail, administrative support, or a related field
• A strong eye for aesthetics and genuine passion for design
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; design software experience a plus
• Ability and willingness to relocate to Sheridan, Wyoming — relocation assistance available for the right candidate
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Business, or related field preferred (not required)
