Design Project Coordinator

Job Title: Client Interface & Design Proposal Executive

Role Summary:
Seeking a trend-aware, aesthetically strong professional to act as the interface between Luxxadi and clients, converting leads into project closures through curated lighting proposals, styling expertise, and impactful presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary bridge between client and company from lead stage to project execution
• Understand client briefs and translate them into styled lighting concepts and proposals
• Apply colour therapy understanding and size/scale evaluation for appropriate product suggestions
• Stay updated with global design trends, luxury styling, and aesthetic movements
• Create strong visual presentations by identifying inspiration from multiple design platforms
• Drive lead nurturing, follow-ups, and proposal discussions towards closure
• Coordinate with internal design, sales, and execution teams

Required Skills:

• Strong sense of styling, aesthetics, and colour balance
• Knowledge of spatial proportions and size evaluation for lighting placement
• Advanced computer software proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, design/presentation tools)
• Strong presentation-making and visual storytelling ability
• Excellent client communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualification & Profile:

• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Styling, or Design Communication
• Experience in luxury products, lighting, or design-led client handling
• Well-groomed, confident, and detail-oriented professional with strong aesthetic judgement
