Job Description:

Batuta Diseno is seeking an experienced and creative Design Project Manager to lead and oversee design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, coordinate design teams, and ensure high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept, planning, and execution to final delivery
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, goals, and vision
• Supervise and guide designers, architects, and technical teams
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure all design outputs align with brand identity and client expectations
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for project execution
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
• Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and materials
• Manage project documentation, reports, and approvals
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in design project management or related roles
• Strong knowledge of interior design, architecture, or construction processes
• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or luxury design projects is an advantage
