Design Resource Coordinator

Rogers Design Group, a luxury residential interior design firm is seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Design Resource Coordinator to support our team! This role is essential in maintaining design resources, coordinating with vendors, and assisting the designers with samples and presentations. Here you will have exposure to high end design resources as well as the opportunity to grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize all design resources, samples and materials
• Schedule and coordinate vendor and sales rep presentations for the design teams
• Assist designers with ordering samples, managing reselections, and tracking materials
• Coordinate and mail sample returns
• Correspond with sales reps and vendors regarding products, availability, and updates
• Support Junior Designers with presentation materials, including photography and client books

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced design environment
• Previous experience in an interior design, architecture, or related creative office is a plus
