Design & Sales Assistant – Kitchen & Bath Showroom

Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Bonus (Based on Experience)

We are a growing Kitchen & Bath showroom and construction company based in the Bay Area, specializing in custom cabinetry, remodeling, and residential renovation projects.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Design & Sales Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior candidate who wants to grow in the fields of kitchen design, remodeling, customer service, and project coordination.

Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in showroom and over phone/email
• Support kitchen and bath design projects
• Prepare and revise basic CAD drawings/layouts
• Follow up with customers and project schedules
• Coordinate measurements, deliveries, and order details
• Organize project files, quotations, and materials
• Support sales and daily showroom operations

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills required
• Spanish OR Hindi/Indian language skills strongly preferred
• Chinese language is a plus
• Basic CAD knowledge required (AutoCAD, 2020 Design, SketchUp, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Interior design degree is NOT required
