Harmony Luxury Furniture is seeking a motivated Design Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional who enjoys building relationships, helping clients create beautiful spaces, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Design Sales Consultant, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend products that fit their style and budget, and guide them through the sales process from consultation to delivery. Success in this role comes from a combination of strong sales skills, follow-through, and a genuine passion for design and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage customers in a luxury showroom environment
• Build relationships with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle, and project goals
• Recommend furniture, décor, and design solutions tailored to each client's needs
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate documentation of customer purchases
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain knowledge of current furniture collections, design trends, and product features
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an outstanding customer experience from sale through delivery
• Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience required
• Furniture, interior design, home furnishings, luxury retail, or related experience preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Experience using CRM systems is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
