Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will communicate with clients, educate them about application process, and close deals for our 3rd-party client.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm and cold leads via calls, email, and chat.
• Strong Pitch and knowledge of filing, search, monitoring, and maintenance services.
• Explain service scope clearly as a 3rd-party service provider.
• Identify client needs, present solutions, and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and follow daily/weekly deals targets.
• Coordinate with internal processing and legal support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year prior experience is must
• Sound understanding of processes product knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
• Ability to explain compliance, and 3rd-party service structures.
• Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
