Job Description:
Trigency360 is hiring Design Sales Executives for its International Campaign. The role involves making outbound international calls, generating and qualifying leads, pitching design and branding services, and closing clients for creative and marketing solutions. The candidate will work closely with the design and marketing teams to align sales strategies and meet monthly and quarterly targets. Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using CRM tools is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound international sales calls
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads
• Pitch design, branding, and digital creative services
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Update and manage leads and conversions in CRM systems

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills
• Understanding of design/branding services (preferred)
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills
• Telesales or cold-calling experience preferred
• CRM knowledge
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of outbound sales, telesales, call center, or BPO experience (international design sales experience is a plus)
