Our Palo Alto showroom serves as a design hub for the Bay Area, offering cabinetry, appliances, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and interior materials for luxury remodeling and new construction projects.

Position Overview

Vault Studio is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead the Palo Alto location. This role requires a combination of sales leadership, management experience, and knowledge of kitchen and bath design within the design-build and remodeling industry.

The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations, support the design and sales team, develop relationships with trade professionals, and ensure the showroom delivers an exceptional client experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesShowroom Operations

• Manage the daily operations of the Palo Alto showroom
• Maintain showroom displays and product presentation
• Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for clients and trade partners
• Coordinate vendor product trainings and showroom updates
• Monitor showroom performance and sales activity

Sales Leadership

• Lead sales efforts and support the team in closing projects
• Conduct consultations with homeowners interested in kitchen, bath, and full home remodels
• Develop relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and real estate professionals
• Assist with project proposals and design presentations
• Help implement marketing initiatives and showroom events to generate new business

Team Management

• Supervise and support designers and sales staff
• Mentor team members on sales strategy and client presentations
• Ensure the team follows company processes for proposals, pricing, and project coordination
• Maintain strong communication between sales, design, logistics, and management

Design & Project Support

• Assist clients with kitchen and bathroom design concepts
• Guide clients through material selections including cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring, and finishes
• Work with design software and pricing tools to prepare proposals
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in showroom sales, remodeling, or design-build
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bath design
• Experience working with cabinetry, appliances, plumbing fixtures, and interior materials
• Previous experience managing a team or showroom environment
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with 2020 Design, SketchUp, or other kitchen design software
• Background in construction, remodeling, or interior design
• Understanding of pricing, margins, and project management

• Base Salary and commission Based on experience and network

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
