Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (On-site) Monday to Friday

Techstack Digital is hiring Front Sales profiles for its brand "Design Stratum", which provides high-end branding, UI/UX, web design, and marketing solutions to international clients. We are seeking energetic individuals to join our team and contribute to business growth.

Position Overview:

We're hiring a Front Sales Executive to engage with international clients, understand their needs, and convert leads into successful projects. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and business development.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound and warm leads via calls, emails, and chats
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design services
- Coordinate with clients and internal design teams
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications
- Meet sales targets and support business development initiatives

Requirements:
- Proven track record in design sales
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience in international sales, customer support, & client handling
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Upsells, plus.
