Design & Showroom Coordinator

Our home furnishings and interior design boutique is seeking a Design & Showroom Coordinator to support both creative and operational aspects of our business. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for interiors, an eye for creating beautiful spaces, and strong organizational skills.

The Design & showroom Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining a well-curated showroom environment while assisting with interior design projects, client experience and daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist Lead Designer with Interior Design projects & selections

- Source products, finishes, fabrics and furnishings

- Help prepare client presentations and design materials

- Support with project organization & follow-ups

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the design and purchasing process

- Provide a welcoming and elevated experience for customer’s through the door

- Help customers with product questions and sales

- Unpack, tag and organize merchandise

- Check in and inspect incoming shipments

- Assist with merchandising, styling and floor resets

- Maintain a polished and inspiring showroom

JOB QUALIFICATION’S:

• Must be able to work weekends
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Experience in furniture design and/or retail is perferred
• Must be able to work weekends
