Position Overview
Sourcing & Client Coordinator leads all product sourcing initiatives from initial request through final delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, landscape architecture teams, and vendors, ensuring timely coordination, accurate documentation, and smooth execution.
Primary Responsibilities
Required Skills:
Preferred experience/education in Interior Design, (Landscape) Architecture, Industrial Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong project management and organizational skills
Vendor sourcing and coordination experience
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with In-Design, Adobe, and Excel
High attention to detail and follow-through
Understanding of trade pricing, markups, and resale compliance
Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
