Design Sourcing Specialist and Client Coordinator

Position Overview

Sourcing & Client Coordinator leads all product sourcing initiatives from initial request through final delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, landscape architecture teams, and vendors, ensuring timely coordination, accurate documentation, and smooth execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing projects from initial request through final delivery Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal project teams
• Independently source products and select appropriate vendors Request, review, and confirm vendor quotes, specifications, and lead times
• Manage project timelines Work with Product Coordinator Specialist to review purchase orders, order confirmations, and invoices for accuracy
• Preparing client-facing presentations and proposals
• Request vendor quotes using Julia Fay Accessories company information Confirm all quotes list Julia Fay Accessories as the purchaser
• Communicate delivery schedules, delays, or issues to clients and internal teams Work as liaison between client and team

Required Skills:

Preferred experience/education in Interior Design, (Landscape) Architecture, Industrial Design, Project Management, or a related field.

Strong project management and organizational skills

Vendor sourcing and coordination experience

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Familiarity with In-Design, Adobe, and Excel

High attention to detail and follow-through

Understanding of trade pricing, markups, and resale compliance

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
