Design Specialist

We Are Hiring – Interior Designers, Junior Architect & Interns.

1. Senior Interior Designer (Commercial Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end commercial interior design projects.
• Prepare design concepts, space planning, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for project execution.
• Ensure quality control and timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the interior design industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Google SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of modular technology, material specifications, civil works & services.
• Strong client-handling and project management skills.

2. Interior Designer (Residential Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute residential interiors focusing on aesthetics and functionality.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and specifications.
• Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Coordinate with site teams for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (preferred).
• Experience with modular design, detailing, and material selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other 3D visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of finishes and residential design trends.

3. Junior Architect (Commercial & Residential Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Support design development and preparation of working drawings.
• Assist in detailing, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and provide design recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualization software.
• Knowledge of materials, construction details, and design standards.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.

4. Interns (Males Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior designers and architects in design and project coordination.
• Learn on-site project execution and client interaction.
• Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentation boards.

Requirements:

• Interior Design/Architecture students or recent graduates.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility under guidance.

Must-Have Skills (All Roles)

• Strong proficiency in technical drawings and design tools.
• Communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive, self-motivated, and a team-oriented approach.
• Strong site observation and client handling abilities.
