Design Specialist (Concrete Only)

We’re seeking Design Specialists (Concrete Only) who are passionate about helping homeowners protect and improve their most valuable asset, their home. In this role, you’ll guide homeowners through important decisions about foundation and concrete repair, providing expertise, clarity, and solutions that truly meet their needs. No cold calling required. Our Marketing and Customer Care teams provide warm, high-intent leads and pre-scheduled appointments, allowing you to focus on delivering expert recommendations and exceptional service.

As a trusted System Design Specialist, you’ll inspect foundations, crawlspaces, and concrete surfaces to identify structural issues and design tailored solutions using our proven systems. You’ll answer questions, address concerns, and help homeowners feel confident in their decisions. This hands-on role combines technical knowledge with the ability to guide homeowners through a major investment in their property. From the first meeting to the final agreement, you’ll deliver a professional, transparent, and redefining experience that reflects our commitment to quality and care.

Compensation

• 4-month training pay + commission
• Transitions to 100% commission on or before month four
• $100K+ annual earning potential
• Top performers earn $150K+ with uncapped commissions

What You Bring

• No prior sales experience is required - full training provided
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and navigate homes safely
• Comfort working in a hands-on, technical environment inspecting foundations, crawlspaces, and concrete surfaces
• A caring, customer-focused professional passionate about helping others
• A detail-oriented, tech-savvy team player who can navigate software and sales tools efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to scheduled appointments

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
