Role Description:

Aurigo is seeking a full-time Motion Graphic Designer to join our cross-functional team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping Aurigo's brand voice through engaging video content, including thought leadership videos, podcasts, interactive presentations, product explainer videos and ads, and social media assets. Your responsibilities will include crafting visually compelling and professionally polished communication materials that align with our brand strategy and style.


Key responsibilities:

▪ Own end-to-end video production across product walkthroughs, feature launches, case studies, brand videos, and short-form social content.

▪ Animate UI elements, icons, illustrations, and transitions for clean, polished motion.

▪ Collaborate with designers and product teams to storyboard and define visual direction.

▪ Translate complex product workflows and UI screens into clear, intuitive visuals.

▪ Edit videos, clean up assets, and refine layouts as needed.

▪ Adapt videos into multiple formats for web, social, and product documentation.

▪ Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video outputs.

▪ Manage post-production tasks including color correction, retouching, sound mixing, and graphics.

▪ Deliver high-quality work on schedule while handling multiple projects.

▪ Work efficiently in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

▪ Stay updated on motion design trends to enhance quality and impact.

▪ Partner with senior stakeholders to conceptualize and execute motion projects aligned with business goals.


Desired skills & experience:

▪ Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communication. A specialized course certification in Motion Graphics will be preferred.

▪ 4-6 years of experience in motion graphics and videography.

▪ Must have a portfolio that reflects motion graphics and related video work.

▪ Should have a clean style with a minimalistic approach in terms of design elements.

▪ Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, video editing, storytelling, story boarding, mood board creation.

▪ Knowledge of Adobe Suite especially Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and motion graphics software.

▪ 3D animation, CGI and AI-generated video experience and illustration skills are a plus.

▪ Have a hands-on attitude and be proactive with communicating.

▪ Flexibility to work in different time zones and adapt to timelines based on shifting priorities.
