About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time Design Strategist who is curious, articulate, and passionate about making sense of the world around them. This is a multi-disciplinary role that blends culture, business, and creativity. You’ll help craft brand narratives, shape spatial experiences, design content platforms, and drive creative decisions grounded in insight.

What you’ll do

As a Design Strategist, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic thinking across brand, digital, and spatial experiences. You’ll help uncover insights, structure narratives, and co-create ideas that solve real-world problems in imaginative ways.

Conduct Research: Lead and support foundational and secondary research, including user interviews, expert conversations, competitive analysis, trend studies, and more.

Mine Insights: Translate observations into actionable insights and frameworks that fuel strategy and creativity.

Craft Narratives: Build compelling storytelling frameworks, moodboards, and presentations to express strategic ideas clearly and visually.

Co-create Experiences: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and tech to ideate and refine immersive concepts for clients.

Plan & Execute: Help structure timelines, guide decisions, and ensure strategic intent flows through from idea to execution.

What we’d like you to bring to the table

• Curiosity, empathy, and a strong designers’ mindset
• Experience with research tools and techniques - including interviews, insight synthesis, ideation and deck-making
• Ability to structure thinking and communicate clearly, both visually and verbally
• A sense of ownership and a love for collaborative problem-solving
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered research / design tools

Other details about the role

Employment type: Full-time

Work location: This role is based out of our office in Goregaon East (Mumbai).

Work hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
