Design Team Assistant & Retail Specialist

Do you have a strong interest in retail design, customer service and creating exceptional experiences? The Shoppe at C. Taylor Interiors is seeking a motivated, creative and detail oriented individual to join our team. While we are a full-service interior design firm, we also operate a beautifully curated retail shoppe specializing in luxury home decor and accessories.

We are looking for someone to oversee and manage the shoppe's day-to-day operations while also serving as our Design Team Assistant. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multifaceted environment and enjoys balancing creative, administrative and operational responsibilities.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, demonstrates strong organizational skills and confidently manages multiple roles with professionalism and initiative. Responsibilities will include retail operations, facilities management, merchandising, client engagement, inventory management and supporting our design team with project coordination, sourcing, administrative tasks and day to day studio needs.

This position is perfect for someone who loves building client relationships, supporting creative projects and contributing to the growth and visibility of a brand known for timeless elegance and exceptional service.
