Design Team Lead

Role Description

We are seeking a Chat-Based International Sales Team Lead to manage, guide, and convert international customers through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, proven sales experience, and leadership abilities to handle and motivate a team while engaging with global clients online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee customer interactions through chat-based platforms (Discord, Twitch, website chat, etc.)
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve performance targets
• Promote products and services to international clients
• Convert leads into sales by providing accurate product information
• Ensure excellent customer support and maintain strong relationships
• Monitor team performance and improve overall customer experience
• Achieve and drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Qualifications

• English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Required)
• Proven experience in design sales (mandatory)
• Prior experience in a leadership / team handling role preferred
• Proven track record of achieving $5000 to $7000 per month
• Familiarity with Twitch, Discord, and online chat platforms
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
