Overview

Oakcrest Property Management & Real Estate is launching a high-growth residential property management platform in the Tucson Metro area. We are seeking a qualified Arizona Licensed Designated Broker to partner with ownership and oversee brokerage compliance and operations.

This is a unique opportunity to step into a ready-to-launch portfolio of approximately 100 residential units, with immediate revenue and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities: Compliance & Oversight

• Serve as Designated Broker of record with the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE)
• Ensure full compliance with Arizona real estate laws and regulations
• Provide oversight of trust accounts, recordkeeping, and brokerage activities

Operational Leadership

• Assist in establishing brokerage policies and procedures
• Provide guidance on property management compliance and workflows
• Support onboarding of new properties and systems setup

Training & Support

• Provide compliance training and guidance to staff and affiliated licensees
• Review files and transactions during initial operating phase

Business Development (Optional but Preferred)

• Leverage network to assist with growth and referrals
• Participate in client meetings as needed during launch phase

Compensation

• 5% - 10% of base property management fees collected
• Referral bonuses for broker-originated business
• Company-paid professional expenses including:
• E&O Insurance
• ADRE fees
• MLS and required memberships

Compensation structure is designed to align with portfolio growth and long-term scalability.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Broker License (in good standing)
• Eligible to serve as Designated Broker with ADRE
• Experience in residential property management preferred
• Strong understanding of trust accounting and compliance
• Leadership mindset with ability to guide a growing operation

Timing

We are looking to move quickly and onboard a Designated Broker within the next 1-2 weeks to meet current portfolio onboarding timelines.
