Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Designated Broker for a new Real Estate brokerage in the Valley. This position will involve mostly remote work to begin, a pivotal role which involves ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, managing agents, and fostering a vibrant, customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional knowledge of ADRE regulations, AAR contracts and the like.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all real estate transactions, ensuring adherence to regulations and local laws.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of real estate law, administrative procedures, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Manage administrative tasks such as documentation review, record keeping
Skills
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex information.
- In-depth knowledge of ADRE and AAR
- Solid understanding of real estate law, contracts, and legal documentation requirements.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Previous real estate administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and operational competence.
