To support our dynamic operations, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer cum Admin who can bring creativity, technical skills, and organizational efficiency to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design marketing materials using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and AutoCAD.
• Design and develop product catalogues, brochures, and data sheets for company products.
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand visibility.
• Edit photos and videos for promotional and internal use.
• Plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for branding and creative direction.
• Manage office administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Multimedia Specialist, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
• Hands-on experience in video editing, photo editing, and layout design.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle admin responsibilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi.
• Candidates on a Residence Visa will be given preference.
• Previous experience in a similar dual role (Design + Administration).
• Knowledge of branding in a manufacturing or corporate environment.

Base Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
