TraceAir is a construction SaaS startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. We currently work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada. This is a great chance to work with a fast growing Series B company.

The TraceAir Customer Success organization focuses on all aspects of the customer’s post-sale journey, with a mission to delight our customers, help them achieve success, and create customers for life.

What we do

Today our software guides sitework, so our clients can build on schedule and within budget. Every day across the world, leading industrial, residential, and commercial developers' teams use TraceAir to collaborate. For them, TraceAir is the guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.

What you will do

  • Own and execute the full spectrum of TraceAir’s design output, including collateral for web, product UI, landing pages, social media, sales decks, event materials, research reports, and viral mechanisms for new freemium offerings.

  • Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines to ensure consistency, clarity, and bold differentiation across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.

  • Collaborate deeply with marketing, product, and sales teams to produce campaign visuals, onboarding flows, infographics, and customer success materials that clearly communicate value and drive lead conversion.

  • Contribute to major go-to-market initiatives, such as the Construction Visibility Summit, annual benchmarks, and product-led growth campaigns, ensuring creative excellence and tight timeline delivery.

  • Build design systems and scalable templates to enable rapid asset generation and empower cross-functional teams with easy-to-use branded resources.

  • Monitor and analyze design performance—engagement rates, asset utilization, and stakeholder feedback—to continuously improve creative ROI and consistency.

  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects while upholding standards for creative quality and alignment with strategic marketing goals.

Compensation

$80,000 base plus up to 10% annual bonus based on individual and company performance

Who you are

  • 2+ years’ experience in SaaS, B2B, or agency environments designing for multi-channel marketing and product teams, with a portfolio demonstrating strong brand impact.

  • Fluency with modern design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) and a keen understanding of digital/print production workflows.

  • AI inspired design experience is highly preferred.

  • Proven experience creating complex collateral (infographics, research reports, sales decks, social media kits, product UIs) for tech or high-growth companies.

  • Strong communicator, highly organized, and able to manage a high volume of parallel priorities and feedback streams.

  • Driven self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is excited by the challenge of scaling a category-defining brand.

Performance Measurements

  • 200+ design assets delivered per year, supporting both MQL and pipeline growth targets.

  • Increased campaign conversion rates and enhanced perception of TraceAir’s brand as category leader.

  • High internal stakeholder satisfaction and repeated “pull” for design on key GTM and product projects.

  • Consistent adherence to brand guidelines and rapid fulfillment of ad hoc design requests.

  • Positive feedback from high-impact events, product launches, and industry media placements.
