Designer

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and highly organized Designer who will support our Lead Designer and contribute to a wide range of visual, digital, and event-related projects. This role requires strong skills in video production, social media content creation, and design execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and film-editing software.

Key Responsibilities

• Film, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal use.
• Assist the Lead Designer with branding projects, creative direction, asset preparation, and design execution.
• Develop engaging social media content, including graphics, short-form videos, and visual storytelling pieces.
• Collaborate on social media strategy to increase engagement and maintain consistent brand identity.
• Participate in planning and executing events, including visual setups, media coverage, and promotional materials.
• Support various design needs across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Skilled in video filming, lighting setup, audio capture, and video editing.
• Experience with additional film-editing software is a plus (Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and collaborate effectively with the design team.
• Experience in event planning or event support is preferred but not required.
