About BPM Music:

BPM Music is a leading music-tech platform built by DJs, for DJs. With a global creative community and a suite of products serving DJs, producers, and music creators, we’re entering a major chapter of scaling our brand, content, and products. Our team blends creativity, technology, and culture to keep DJs and creators at the center of everything we do. As we sharpen our visual identity and prepare for new launches, we’re looking for a Mid-Level Designer who can execute at a high level and move quickly without sacrificing quality.


What You’ll Do:

You will take high-level creative concepts and translate them into polished deliverables across brand, marketing, and product. This includes designing for social platforms, digital ads, web assets, email campaigns, and various storytelling initiatives tied to BPM Supreme, BPM Latino, FinalFinal, and upcoming product releases. You’ll help maintain and elevate brand consistency, collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams, and contribute to a systemized approach to asset creation that supports high-volume needs. Your designs will play a key role in how BPM shows up visually across all our channels.

*Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or Figma is a plus, as is experience working with entertainment or culture-driven brands. Familiarity with fast-paced, high-volume creative workflows is also valuable.*

You’ll help reduce production pressure on the Creative Lead, improve campaign quality and turnaround times, and support major product launches like BPM Stream and FinalFinal. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping how BPM shows up visually across platforms, restoring design consistency, and helping the Creative Team work more proactively as we scale.

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
