Designer

Design Engineer role is focused on the structural design of steel components for standard and complex steel structures, including Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs).

The Design Engineer is preparing engineering calculations and ensuring compliance with fabrication standards, structural codes, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis of steel structures and connections using relevant software with considering codes and standards (AISC, IS 800, Eurocode, etc.).
• Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and drawings for steel elements .
• Coordinate with detailers and fabricators to ensure constructability, accuracy, and alignment with design intent.

Qualifications

• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Years of Experience in same field (2-6).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage tasks and collaborate effectively.
• Software skills: Proficiency in design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, RAM, and IDEA StatiCa, as well as CAD tools and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of international design codes, including AISC, IS 800, and Eurocode.
