Job Summary

Develop visually appealing graphics and designs for preschool curriculum aids, marketing collateral, franchise branding, and promotional materials. Collaborate with academic and operations teams to create printables, posters, social media assets, and event visuals that support franchise growth and parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design educational printables like activity sheets, craft templates, and celebration banners
• Create franchise marketing materials including flyers, social media graphics, brochures, and website banners with vibrant, age-appropriate themes.
• Develop branding elements such as logos, signage, uniforms, and classroom decor consistent across franchise locations.
• Produce digital assets for newsletters, apps, and online promotions targeting parents and educators.
• Collaborate on event visuals like posters for sports days or festivals, ensuring cultural relevance for Indian preschools.​

Required Qualifications

Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field; portfolio showcasing child-centric designs essential. 1-3 years experience in education/creative agencies preferred; understanding of early childhood aesthetics (bright colors, simple shapes). ​

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and basic video editing tools. Strong creativity, attention to detail, time management, and ability to work with brand guidelines. ​

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of print production, multilingual design, trends in edutainment, and Montessori/Playway visuals. Familiarity with preschool franchising operations. ​

Salary Range ₹3 LPA (entry-level); based on experience
