Designer

Elegance Living is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 3D Designer to create high-quality renders, 3D visualizations, 2D drawings, and accurate AutoCAD measurement drawings for premium residential and commercial projects. The candidate must understand architectural detailing, materials, and site measurement coordination.

1. 3D Modeling & Rendering

• Develop high-quality 3D models for interior and exterior projects.
• Create photorealistic renders for presentations and client approvals.
• Apply realistic materials, lighting setups, and textures.
• Prepare walkthroughs or animated views when required.

2. 2D Drafting & AutoCAD

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
• Create accurate AutoCAD measurement drawings based on site data.
• Produce shop drawings and execution drawings for site teams.
• Modify drawings as per design revisions and site feedback.

3. Site Coordination

• Conduct or assist in site measurements.
• Translate site dimensions into precise working drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and execution teams.

4. Presentation & Documentation

• Prepare client presentation boards.
• Maintain drawing revisions and documentation control.
• Ensure drawings are execution-ready and technically accurate.

Software Skills (Mandatory)

• AutoCAD (Advanced level)
• SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender (any one mandatory)
• V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (rendering tools)
• Photoshop (for post-production)
• MS Excel (basic measurement BOQ understanding)

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of materials (wood cladding, decking, finishes preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural plans.
• Precision in measurement and detailing.
• Understanding of working drawings and site execution process.

Preferred Background

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil.
• Experience in premium residential or façade projects preferred.
• Experience in wood cladding, decking, or exterior finishes is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
