Designer

The Designer will work collaboratively with creative team leaders to ideate and execute creative concepts, including print, packaging, digital and environmental projects for Rise Brands and all of its brand concepts. The right person for this role will thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and has the ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and on-time delivery. The Designer will bring energy, creativity and innovating thinking to the running and development of Rise Brands and will play an integral part in its growth and success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and production for social media graphics, in-store elements, website, merchandise, spec docs, advertising, marketing collateral, etc.

Employ creative use of color, type, illustration, photography, animation and various print/layout techniques when designing while keeping in line with brand standards.

Creating mockups and presentation materials to share ideas and proof of concept, as needed.

Presenting new ideas and modifying layouts and options until approved by creative leadership.

Prioritizing work effectively to meet deadlines without compromising the balance of work.

Proactively troubleshoot through issues, delays and obstacles; communicate issues to leadership as needed.

Provide idea generation and campaign development to current and future brands.

Support and maintain relationships with creative vendors (photographers, videographers, screen printer, etc.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field preferred.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Apple products required.

A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience at a design firm, agency, in-house creative department, or equivalent experience.

Strong analytical and layout skills.

Hands on knowledge of the creative process, marketing, graphic design & brand development.

Must have a keen eye for aesthetics and excellent attention to detail, while maintaining the ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Self-starter with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.

Adaptive design eye and skill. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for multiple brands/projects.

Ability to professionally give and receive constructive feedback.

Pay: $55000.00 - $65000.00 / year
