We're looking for a Designer who lives for the big idea and obsesses over the details that bring it to life. Someone who can translate a strategic brief into a visual story that inspires wanderlust and drives action. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who can think conceptually, then roll up their sleeves and execute flawlessly across the digital landscape. You will work with a tight-knit bunch of seriously talented people who genuinely like each other, have fun and work together in a fast-moving pace for collective success. The role:

• Concepting & visual execution: You'll partner with copywriters and creative directors to dream up standout campaign concepts for our tourism clients. Then, you'll bring those ideas to life with memorable, boundary-pushing design across every touchpoint, from print to social to display to signage.
• Strategic collaboration: You'll work hand-in-hand with strategists, analysts, and developers to ensure the marriage of visuals and data is seamless and impactful. You'll use insights to create intuitive user experiences that guide travelers from inspiration to booking.
• Brand evolution: You'll dig deep into our clients' businesses to craft visual identities that break them out of the sea of sameness. You'll be proactive and thoughtful, making recommendations that position their brands for growth.

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of professional design experience, with a portfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and polished execution.
• A passion for the travel and hospitality industry and a desire to create work that moves people.
• Proven ability to translate strategy and data into compelling visual stories.
• A collaborative approach that's open to feedback and comfortable jumping into diverse projects.
• Confidence in presenting work, with the ability to articulate the strategic rationale behind your design choices.
• Proficiency across the tools of the trade (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and a curiosity to learn what's next.

Portfolio with relevant design samples is required at time of submission, including password if applicable.

Perks, Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - 85,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
