About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and driven Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sales, clients, and internal teams to bring workplace environments to life, from concept through execution. You’ll balance creativity with technical precision to deliver solutions that meet client goals, budgets, and timelines.

What You’ll Do

• Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and specifications using CET and AutoCAD
• Create compelling design presentations, including 3D renderings and finish selections
• Partner with sales and clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining project scope and deadlines
• Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors on product details, pricing, and samples
• Maintain organized project files including drawings, specifications, and quotes
• Stay current on workplace design trends, products, and industry innovations
• Support showroom updates, client presentations, and occasional events

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
• Proficiency in CET and AutoCAD
• Strong space planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Team-oriented with a strong client focus
