For over 85 years, we’ve been a leading office furniture dealership, and we're looking for a Designer I or II or III to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building spaces for our clients. We are looking for an ambitious, authentic, creative, meticulous and resilient individual. In this role, you will work closely with our project teams to develop floor plans, furniture and internal solutions for our commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop floor plans, presentations, and design concepts
• Plan, coordinate, schedule and eventually lead design meetings with clients
• Provide client with quick feedback and follow-up
• Reads, responds, and develops RFI/RFP responses to commercial projects
• Works closely with project managers and account managers to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GoogleSuites
• Knowledge of CET and Spec encouraged, but not required
• BS, BA, or BFA degree in interior design, architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to collaborate and communicate well with others
• Self-motivation, efficient style, willingness to take initiative and self teach
• In Office 4 days a week, 1 Work from Home day

Compensation:

• Competitive salary | $55,000–$75,000 + bonus opportunity, depending on experience
