DESIGNER (3Ds Max AutoCAD Illustraor)

Job Summary:

MAXZAIN Group is seeking a highly motivated and creative Designer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of 3D modeling, technical drafting, and graphic design software to support our diverse business sectors, particularly in Interior Décor, Contracting, and Healthcare Consultancy. The role requires translating conceptual ideas into high-quality visual designs, detailed technical drawings, and compelling graphic content.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Visualisation and Drafting (Interior Décor & Contracting):
• Create detailed 2D technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD for construction and interior fit-out projects (including architectural, civil, and MEP layouts).
• Develop realistic 3D models and high-quality renderings/visualizations using 3ds Max (or similar software like Revit) for interior, exterior, and exhibition/event concepts.
• Prepare design submittals, material boards, and detailed shop drawings based on design briefs and site measurements.
• Collaborate with the project, contracting, and interior décor teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility across all project phases.
• Graphic Design (Healthcare Consultancy & General Business):
• Design marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and digital content using Adobe Illustrator and other Adobe Creative Suite applications (e.g., Photoshop) to support the Group's various business units, including Healthcare Consultancy.
• Ensure all graphic outputs align with the MAXZAIN Group's brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating visuals for web and social media content as required.
• General:
• Manage and organize design files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Revise and update drawings and designs based on client feedback and project variations.
• Meet project deadlines and deliver neat, precise, and error-free outputs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in 3ds Max (or similar 3D modeling/rendering software).
• Expertise in 2D technical drafting using AutoCAD.
• Strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Illustrator (and preferably Photoshop/InDesign).
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the UAE within Contracting, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Excellent visual communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal).

Employment Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Office-based.
• Location: Dubai, UAE.
• Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month (inclusive of all allowances, subject to experience and skill level).
• Visa and standard benefits as per UAE labor law will be provided upon confirmation.
