Designer- Airline & Hospitality

Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior / Lead Designer to drive the vision and execution of our airline, travel, and hospitality product design initiatives. Our company specializes in airline bedding, amenity kits, pajamas, and premium hospitality soft goods, partnering with leading global airlines and lifestyle brands to create elevated, brand-driven onboard and guest experiences.

This role is ideal for a strategic, trend-forward design leader who brings a strong point of view, exceptional attention to detail, and deep experience in soft goods, textiles, and travel-focused product design. You will lead design from concept through production and collaborate closely with sales, product development, sourcing, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction and hands-on design execution for airline and hospitality programs, including:
• Bedding collections (blankets, pillows, mattress pads, duvets)
• Amenity kits and onboard accessories
• Pajamas and soft apparel
• Additional cabin and hospitality soft goods
• Own the full design lifecycle, from trend research and concept development through production handoff.
• Set and maintain brand standards, and collection storytelling for airline and hospitality partners.
• Translate airline briefs and brand guidelines into elevated, production-ready product designs.
• Create and oversee production-ready artwork and technical files, including:
• Product artwork and layouts
• Care labels, law labels, compliance markings
• Inserts, trims, and branding applications
• Lead client-facing design presentations.
• Partner closely with sales and production team to ensure design intent, feasibility, and quality standards are met.
• Manage design schedules, approvals, and cross-functional alignment to ensure deadlines are achieved.
• Drive continuous innovation in materials, construction, sustainability, and onboard functionality.

Requirements & Skills

• Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field
• 7–10+ years of relevant design experience, with a strong focus on soft goods, textiles, apparel, airline, or hospitality products
• Proven experience leading collections, programs, or client-driven design initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud:
• Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat
• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency with emerging design technologies, including AI-assisted design tools (image generation, concepting, rendering, workflow automation), with an eagerness to evolve and integrate new technologies into the creative process
• Strong understanding of:
• Textiles, materials, and construction
• Highly organized with exceptional time-management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
• Experience in airline, luxury travel, or hospitality design is strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
