Designer and Trades Account Manager

Metropolitan Appliance is a trusted name in premium and luxury home appliances, serving the Seattle area for over 50 years. We partner with builders, designers, and homeowners to provide high-end products, expert advice, and seamless installation — all with a focus on authenticity and relationships.

We’re looking for a Designer and Trades Account Manager to grow our builder division to expand to design, architects, and custom home builder. This role is ideal for someone who loves beautiful, well-crafted spaces and enjoys connecting people with solutions that elevate their projects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new relationships with interior designers and contractors in the single-family home market.
• Represent Metropolitan’s brand, services, and designer referral programs through outreach, cold calling, trade shows, and in-person visits.
• Promote current incentives, events, and programs to design and trade partners.
• Act as the point of contact for designer and trade accounts, providing personalized service and follow-through from initial contact to project completion.
• Stay connected to Seattle’s design community through events, showrooms, and industry organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
