Designer cum Motion Graphics Expert

Role Overview

As our Designer cum Motion Graphics Designer you will be responsible for creating compelling graphic designs and motion-graphic assets that align with our brand identity and campaign goals. You’ll work closely with the creative team, marketing, video editors and other stakeholders to translate ideas into visually engaging static and animated deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and execute static graphics (e.g., social media posts, banners, print/digital layouts, brand assets).
• Create motion graphics for videos, campaigns, social posts etc
• Storyboard and conceptualise motion pieces: style-frames, story flows.
• Collaborate with content, video, marketing and design teams to ensure visual output is on-brand, on-brief and meets project goals
• Maintain and organise source files, layered assets, animation templates and archives for efficient reuse.
• Stay updated with design and animation trends, tools and techniques (e.g., kinetic typography, 3D motion, social video formats).
• Manage multiple design & animation projects simultaneously, turning around high-quality output under deadline pressure.
• Provide versions/resizes of assets tailored for different platforms (web, mobile, social) and formats.
• Support the creative team in ideation sessions, bringing fresh visual ideas that push beyond the expected.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Proven portfolio covering both static design and motion graphics/animation (2D at minimum; 3D experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in design & motion software: e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop. Experience with 3D tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is desirable.
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, colour theory, composition, layout, motion timing.
• Excellent communication skills — able to interpret briefs, take feedback, and articulate visual ideas
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset — able to elevate visuals and seek continuous improvement.
• A proactive learner, willing to explore new tools, techniques and visual styles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
