Designer cum Technical (ETP,STP)

We are looking for a skilled Designer cum Technical Engineer with strong experience in ETP, STP, WTP, and RO systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales team to handle technical enquiries, BOQ preparation, design proposals, and provide complete technical support for building wastewater management and STP plant solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and develop ETP, STP, WTP, RO treatment plant layouts and technical drawings.
• Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, process flow diagrams (PFD), P&IDs, and costing sheets for client enquiries.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand client requirements and prepare accurate design solutions.
• Conduct site assessments for understanding wastewater characteristics and system requirements.
• Provide support in proposal preparation, tender documentation, and technical submissions.
• Evaluate building wastewater discharge data and size STP/ETP plants accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with CPCB/SPCB guidelines, environmental norms, and industry standards.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams for technical validation and project support.
• Assist in commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of STP/ETP/WTP/RO plants when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in ETP, STP, WTP, RO design and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of treatment processes, mechanical equipment, pumps, blowers, diffusers, tanks, etc.
• Ability to prepare BOQs, drawings, and technical reports independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design calculation tools.
• Good communication skills for coordination with marketing and clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• ETP, STP, WTP, RO design: 2 years (Required)
• technical report: 1 year (Required)
• BOQs: 1 year (Required)
• drawings: 1 year (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
