Designer / Customer Service

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and driven Designer/Sales Associate to join our team on a Hourly/commission-based structure. As an Designer at Heritage Haus, you will collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life, utilizing our extensive collection of furniture and decor. Your expertise in design, coupled with your ability to build strong relationships, will play a key role in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and furniture selection.
• Leverage Heritage Haus Furniture’s curated inventory to create customized home designs.
• Maintain knowledge of current design trends and product offerings.
• Provide outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive client engagement and design project completion.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals.
• Familiarity with design software is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week

Work Location: In person
