Our aesthetic is tasteful, refined, and creative. We rely heavily on both organic social media content and paid advertising to drive our growth.

The Role:
We are looking for a Designer/ Video Editor.
You will be the engine behind our visual brand. You won't just be executing tasks; you will be conceptualizing, sourcing, designing, editing, and using cutting-edge AI to generate top-tier content. You need to have impeccable taste, an understanding of the modest fashion space, and the technical chops to bring ideas to life rapidly.
You will also be heavily involved in the creative direction of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Volume Video Editing: Edit fast-paced, high-converting video ads and engaging organic content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Premium Graphic Design: Create stunning graphics for ad creatives, social media posts, website assets, and email campaigns that align with our refined modest wear aesthetic.
• AI Content Generation: Leverage the latest AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate fresh visual content, streamline workflows, and push creative boundaries.
• Creative Ideation: Don't just wait for instructions. Research trends, brainstorm original content concepts, and pitch high-impact ideas.
• Sourcing & Resourcefulness: Scour the internet to find the best inspiration, stock footage, audio, and visual resources to elevate our content.
• Brand Guardianship: Ensure every single piece of content, from a heavy-hitting paid ad to a casual organic post, looks premium, tasteful, and perfectly aligned with our brand identity.

Who You Are (Requirements)

• An Absolute Master of the Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Impeccable Taste: You have an elite eye for design, typography, pacing, and color. You understand how to make modest women's fashion look elevated and highly desirable.
• A Content Machine: You can handle high-volume output without your quality dropping. You work fast, but your attention to detail is obsessive.
• AI-Fluent: You actively use and understand AI generation tools to supplement your design and video work.
• Unrelenting Work Ethic: You are deeply committed, highly disciplined, and thrive in a high-pressure, high-reward environment. Remote work for you means intense focus, not a vacation.
• Self-Sufficient: You are a proactive problem solver. If you don't have an asset, you find it. If you don't know a technique, you learn it.
