Designer (Female Preferred)

Cybertron Labs (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a talented Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects and elevate our brand visuals. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality designs for digital and print media, guiding junior designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create compelling visual content for digital and print media (websites, social media, mobile apps, brochures, ads, branding materials, etc.).
• Lead the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring high standards of quality and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketers, developers, and content creators.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and support.- Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.- Ensure all designs meet usability and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on design experience, preferably in an agency or software house setting.
• Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, InDesign, XD) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, color theory, and responsive design.
• Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
