Designer & Field Manager
Construction & House-Flipping Industry | Dallas, TX

Together Design & Build is looking for a talented Designer & Field Manager to join our growing team. This role combines creative design skills with on-site project oversight to ensure our renovation and flipping projects are completed beautifully, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Create design concepts, material selections, and layouts for remodeling & flipping projects
• Conduct on-site visits, manage field operations, and ensure work meets quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Track project timelines, budgets, and progress
• Provide clients with design guidance, updates, and professional support
• Oversee finishes, punch lists, and final walkthroughs

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential remodeling, construction, or house flipping
• Strong eye for design, space planning, and material coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site
